Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola and his players were thrilled to lift the Premier League crown in front of their fans.

City celebrated winning the Premier League with a 5-0 winning season finale against Everton on Sunday, in a game where Sergio Aguero marked his farewell with two goals.
And in front of their fans at Etihad stadium, City were able to celebrate the title and lift the trophy, with Guardiola and Aguero enjoying the experience especially.
