Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp insists there shouldn't be any surprise regarding Virgil van Dijk's announcement that he won't make the Euros.

Van Dijk declared this week that he won't be able to make Holland's Euros squad as he recovers from knee surgery. Klopp spoke of his star defender's decision and when they expect to have him available.
The German also insists going to an empty Old Trafford tonight is no advantage and considered their remaining games of the season as they chase a top four finish.
