TAWAU: An elderly pedestrian succumbed to injuries hours after a motorcycle ploughed into him at the traffic light junction along Jalan Dunlop, in front of Tawau Municipal Council, at about 5.30pm, on Wednesday.
Tawau Police Chief ACP Peter Umbuas identified the deceased as Chang Yun Kong, 78, who succumbed to his injuries at the Tawau Hospital’s Intensive Care Unit at 2.30am, Thursday.
