Manchester City midfielder Kevin De Bruyne says he does not remember Chelsea's 2012 Champions League triumph.
The Blues won their first European Cup against Bayern Munich that year, and are now plotting to stop City winning it for the first time.
De Bruyne signed for Chelsea four months before that final, but says he was not invited to the game at the time.
Speaking to The Sun, the Manchester City star said: "I wasn't there. I don't think I was invited. I don't remember much about it to be honest.
"With Champions League finals, sometimes I watch them – sometimes not.
"It just depends on the situation. I don't recall too much about that one."
