Joaquin says he's willing to play on next season with Real Betis.
The veteran attacker insists he feels strong enough - as he turns 40 - to go around again next term.
Joaquin said, "I do want to, I do because my goal each year is to feel important, well and at ease, it has been an important year for me, and we are going to try to put the icing on the cake on Saturday.
"The first thing is to finish the year in Europe and if we can count on my continuity for another year, perfect. The conversations are already quite on track, as the last years have happened, it has been a talk between partners, friends and colleagues, and we are all in agreement.
“It is the idea, it is the idea, it has not yet been signed, but it is the idea. Let's see, it's like what I said last year."
