Liverpool are closing in on RB Leipzig defender Ibrahima Konate.
The Reds were left short at centre-back this season after Virgil van Dijk, Joe Gomez and Joel Matip were all sidelined by serious injuries this season.
Ozan Kabak and Ben Davies joined on loan in January, but Konate remains their priority signing.
And German outlet SportBuzzer has claimed that Konate will 'almost certainly' join Liverpool this summer.
The report says Liverpool will pay 40 million euros for the 21-year-old.
A France U21 international, Konate will bring immense pace and physicality to Klopp's back-line.
