Chelsea are set to offload Davide Zappacosta this summer.
The fullback has completed his loan with Genoa and is due to return to London for preseason.
However, Champions League qualifiers Atalanta are set to hand Zappacosta a dream Serie A return for the new campaign.
With a deal to 2022, Atalanta will push Chelsea to grant the fullback a free transfer.
This season, Zappacosta played 25 games and scored four goals for Genoa.
