Newcastle United have triggered Paul Dummett's one-year contract extension.
The 29-year-old's current terms were due to expire at the end of next month.
However, Football Insider says Toon will keep local lad Dummett at the club for another season.
The Wales international has played every single minute of the Magpies' last 10 league games.
