Tottenham legend Gary Mabbutt has urged the club to choose their next manager quickly.
Ryan Mason filled in as interim manager after Jose Mourinho was sacked in April.
Brendan Rodgers, Nuno Espirito Santo and Roberto Martinez are just some of the names to be linked with the vacant Spurs job, and Mabutt wants a decision made as soon as possible.
"There must have been 20 names put forward, all different types of manager, but (chairman) Daniel Levy has stressed that he wants to maintain the DNA of the club," Mabbutt told Reuters.
"He will be working very hard with his advisors to get the right person. I hope its done in the not too distant future as in this game of football, you blink and suddenly you are back in next season."
