Tottenham caretaker boss Ryan Mason insists the club is still an attraction for players.
Mason still believes Tottenham are as good as anywhere for a young player to develop.
He said, "Of course, it's very competitive, but I really believe that if I were a young player anywhere in England, if Tottenham come calling, then it's appealing because we care about our young players.
"We've got a history of bringing them through and making them into England internationals, even the England captain (Kane) or making people get careers in respective other clubs."
