Kota Kinabalu: The High Court on Wednesday fixed June 11 for hearing on the clarification of submission on the judicial review filed by a local businessman over the refusal of the National Registration Department (NRD) to issue a birth certificate for his new-born.
High Court Judge Ismail Brahim set the date on Tuesday, which was scheduled for clarification of submission.
