Paul Woolston has won a new deal with Manchester United.
The Manchester Evening News says United have agreed a one-year contract with reserve goalkeeper Woolston, who sustained a serious hip injury in April.
Woolston, 22, joined United from Newcastle in November 2018 and has primarily been with the Under-23s but has trained with the first-team.
United third-choice goalkeeper Lee Grant, 38, is out of contract at midnight but United are about re-sign former 'keeper Tom Heaton on a free from Aston Villa.
Grant has played twice for United since he arrived from Stoke City for £1.5m in 2018.
