Inter Milan president Steven Zhang insists Suning will remain good stewards of the club.
Suning are struggling with their finances, with the situation having an effect on Inter, despite their Scudetto triumph.
Zhang said: “I believe that as club owners we must think about the good of the club in the long run. It is important to look at the market to find the best resources.
“I hope the fans will remember this trophy for the difficult time we won it and for the fact that it came after several years. I hope it's a sign of the need to be brave and innovative and that hard work always pays off and gives you positive energy, no matter what situation you are in."
Zhang confirmed outside investment is being sought.
“We must always look for commercial and financial partners to support us in this project."
