Raheem Sterling will speak to Manchester City about his future after the Euros.

The England star scored the matchwinner in Sunday's 1-0 win over Croatia.

It was a welcome reprieve for Sterling after a challenging year domestically.

Having lost his prominent role in Pep Guardiola's side, Sterling has been tipped to leave the Etihad this summer.

And multiple outlets in the UK are reporting that Sterling will sit down for talks with City after this summer's tournament.

Sterling has two years to run on his current contract.

Although City are open to extending his deal, if Sterling should decide to reject an extension, the club could be forced to sell him.

Spanish giants Real Madrid and Barcelona, while a return to former club Liverpool has been touted.
