Kai Havertz admits he felt 'bitter' after Germany's loss to England which saw them knocked out of Euro 2020 at the last-16 stage.
Chelsea star Havertz was denied by Jordan Pickford, who also denied his Blues teammate Timo Werner in the first-half.
Thomas Muller had a golden chance to equalise after 80 minutes but sprayed his shot wide.
"We had some chances after the goal against but we didn't convert them," Havertz said.
"A bitter evening. We are all in one boat. We are united. England don't have a bad team, but you go out in the round of 16 it is disappointing, of course."
