Arsenal are hoping to secure England Under-18s coach Kevin Betsy to replace Steve Bould.
There is a gap in the Gunners' Under-23s setup after the departure of club legend Bould this summer.
According to the Daily Mail, the FA are now in danger of losing another talented coach in the form of Betsy.
They previously had Under-19s head coach Justin Cochrane go to Manchester United.
Betsy is Arsenal's top target for Bould's job as Under-23s coach.
