The club's respective under-23 sides will take part in the competition, which Sunderland won last term.
United Under-23s will take on Sunderland, Bradford City and Lincoln City.
Arsenal youngsters face Swindon, Newport and Plymouth.
Spurs' backup side will face Oxford, Cambridge and Stevenage.
Chelsea will be battling Exeter, Bristol Rovers and Cheltenham.
Finally, Manchester City face Rotherham United, Doncaster and Scunthorpe.
