The agent of Jorginho has encouraged Chelsea to open new contract talks.
Agent Joao Santos admits a return to Napoli would be welcomed by the Italy midfielder.
He told Radio Kiss Kiss: “His objective is to honour his Chelsea contract, so stay in London at least to the end of the deal.
"If they do not renew his contract, he would be happy to return to Italy, hopefully for Napoli."
Santos added: “Roberto Mancini's Italy is reminiscent of Sarri's Napoli.
“First he won the Champions League with Chelsea, now he's doing well with Italy. Jorginho earned all of this with hard work."
