Former Chelsea manager Frank Lampard for Toni Rudiger's stalling over new contract talks.
BILD reports Rudiger is still refusing to enter into contract negotiations with Chelsea.
The German defender had a big part to play in their Champions League win last season, and the Blues are desperate to tie him down on a new deal.
But the player is still wary of what happened to him under Lampard, when he was totally frozen out of the team.
And he is thought to be willing to bide his time and see how things pan out in the first half of next season, with his current contract not due to expire until June next year.
