The striker is keen to continue with Juve, but not on the terms they're offering.
TuttoJuve says Dybala is unhappy with the €10m-a-year contract tabled, insisting he deserves more.
The Argentina international is also seeking guarantees over his status within the team.
Dybala's current deal runs to 2022.
