Olympique Marseille have made a contract offer to David Luiz.
Released by Arsenal this month, Luiz becomes a free agent on July 1.
The defender is currently taking his summer break at home in Brazil, but has been in talks with Marseille about extending his stay in Europe.
OM cannot afford to match Luiz's wages at Arsenal, but hope their creative proposal will convince the veteran.
Luiz has been tabled a two-year deal which will include huge bonuses for appearances and titles won. A move to OM would mean a return to France for Luiz after his successful spell with PSG.
