Brighton centre-back Ben White has earned the club's Player of the Year award.
White played the joint-most games for the Seagulls this past season, 36, along with midfielder Yves Bissouma.
The latter was second place in the award rankings, with captain Lewis Dunk finishing third.
Dunk earned the players' Player of the Season award, with Aileen Whelan winning the women's Player of the Season honor.
Brighton finished the Premier League season in 16th position.
