Arsenal are ready to hand Matteo Guendouzi a new deal.
The France U21 captain remains on the transfer-list at Arsenal and offers are being actively invited.
Guendouzi's current deal expires next summer and Le 10 Sport says Arsenal wish to extend his contract to 2023 to protect his transfer value.
Olympique Marseille have had a €10m offer rejected by Arsenal, with interest now also arriving from Benfica.
Guendouzi spent last term on-loan with Hertha Berlin.
