Chelsea defender Fiyako Tomori is on the verge of joining AC Milan on a permanent basis.
The England defender impressed during a short loan spell with Milan, making 17 league appearances since January.
Tomori signed a five-year deal with Chelsea in December 2019 after a breakthrough campaign under Frank Lampard.
But the Blues academy graduate is set to continue his career in Italy as the two clubs have reached an advanced stage of negotiations over a transfer.
BBCstates Milan view Tomori as a player who can adjust to the 'progressive football' they are trying to play.
Other reports have claimed Milan have agreed to pay £25M for the 23-year-old.
