Sporting CP ace Pedro Goncalves remains a target for Manchester United.
Record says United only forked out £60million to prise Bruno Fernandes away from Sporting 16 months ago, a move which has improved Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side significantly.
And now they could be set to raid the Portuguese club for a second time, with Goncalves reportedly on their radar ahead of the summer transfer window.
Both United and bitter rivals Liverpool are weighing up a potential move for the 22-year-old midfielder, who is a product of Wolves' academy.
It is believed Goncalves has a £52million release clause in his contract, which Sporting are desperate to raise this summer.
The Primeira Liga outfit are hoping to tie him down to a new deal and increase his release clause to deter United and Liverpool from luring him to the Premier League.
