Aston Villa believe they have won the race to sign Norwich City star Emiliano Buendia.
Football Insider claims Villa have been holding talks with Norwich for the right sided attacker.
Previous reports indicated that Norwich were only interested in selling for a fee in the region of £40 million.
Now it appears, per the source, that a lower up-front price would help Villa finance such a big money deal.
Arsenal had hoped to go for the attacker, but the prospect of more first team football at Villa may persuade Buendia to choose the Birmingham-based club instead.
