Brighton have told Arsenal they must go higher for Ben White.

The Sun says Brighton are demanding £50million PLUS add-ons.

Arsenal's second bid of £42m — in an overall deal which could have been worth £45m — has now been turned down.

The clubs are locked in talks with Albion owner Tony Bloom refusing to back down.

Arsenal, whose first bid was £40m, are discussing a potential offer of £45m plus £5m in add-ons.

But Brighton still insist they want even more.

A string of other clubs had been interested in the England centre-back, 23, including PSG, Tottenham, Liverpool and Dortmund.
