Manchester United have withdrawn a cash offer for Barcelona winger Ousmane Dembele, it has been revealed.
TV3 reports United had tabled a €50m bid for the France international earlier this month. United planned to wrap up the signing of Dembele once France's Euros 2020 campaign had concluded.
However, they've since withdrawn the offer following Dembele's knee injury suffered against Hungary.
The setback forced an early end to Dembele's tournament as it was confirmed surgery and a four month rehab period would be required.
This also led to United dropping their plans and stepping up talks with Borussia Dortmund last week for Jadon Sancho.
