Arsenal are ready to submit a new offer for Anderlecht midfielder Albert Sambi Lokonga.
Belgian outlet Nieuwsblad reports the Gunners have agreed terms with the 21-year-old box to box midfielder.
Arsenal first made an offer of around £13 million, but that was knocked back by the Belgian club.
Anderlecht, managed by Manchester City legend Vincent Kompany, want a higher fee to part with such a talented player.
The source claims a new offer of £14 million plus add ons will be submitted by the English side in the coming days or weeks.
