Rennes chief Florian Maurice has denied the club have received offers for Eduardo Camavinga.
The 18-year-old has become one of the most sought after talents in European football after an excellent season in France.
Real Madrid, Arsenal and PSG have been linked with the French midfielder.
Recent reports have claimed Manchester United have stolen a march on their rivals by getting into contact with Camavinga's agent, Jonathan Barnett.
However, speaking to TV Rennes, Maurice said of United's rumoured interest: "No offer was received for Eduardo Camavinga, neither from PSG nor from Manchester United.
"We remain calm about his situation. I know he doesn't want to go free."
