Borussia Monchengladbach have named their price for Jonas Hofmann.
Leicester City, Chelsea, Atletico Madrid and Tottenham are amongst the clubs being linked with the Germany winger.
And Gladbach sporting director Max Eberl says it will cost 40 million euros.
"We live in a time when you can't rule anything out," he told Bild am Sonntag, as quoted by bulinews.com.
"We certainly don't want to sell Jonas.
"But if at some point a club is offering 40 million euros for Jonas, we can't say we're not interested."
