Juventus have put Merih Demiral up for sale.
Tuttosport says Everton and Tottenham have been told how much they must pay to sign Demiral this summer.
The Blues have been frequently linked with the Turkey international, who is looking likely to leave Juventus.
Juventus value Demiral at around €35m, with the Serie A club not willing to do business with any club unless that valuation is met.
Demiral has fallen down the pecking order at Juventus, and is thought to be looking for a new club this summer.
