Inter Milan GM Beppe Marotta has admitted interest in Arsenal fullback Hector Bellerin.
Bellerin and Lazio's Manuel Lazzari have been linked with Inter.
“They are interesting, but we will act calmly," said Marotta.
"We cannot make heavy investments, and we will approach things creatively, trying to seize opportunities."
“Many clubs will not be able to spend practically anything," he said of the window, “Administrative management is very important."
