Birmingham City are closing on a deal for Manchester United winger Tahith Chong.
Chong spent the start of last season on loan at Werder Bremen in the Bundesliga, before a January switch to Club Brugge in Belgium.
The Manchester Evening News says Birmingham are set to win the race to sign Chong on loan from United.
The 21-year-old winger returned to pre-season training at Carrington earlier this week but is set for another campaign on loan.
He has options abroad again this season, as well as interest from other clubs domestically, but is looking set for a move to Birmingham City on a season-long loan and the chance to get a regular taste of football in the Championship.
