Celtic are weighing up whether to allow striker Odsonne Edouard to sign for Brighton this summer.
The Premier League side have emerged as the strongest suitors for the French striker.
According to the Daily Record, Brighton's offer now includes a guaranteed fee of £18.5 million.
When bonuses are included in the deal, it is likely to eclipse the £20 million Celtic are eager to secure for Edouard.
Celtic may even secure a sell on clause of between five and 15 percent in the agreement.
