PSV Eindhoven fullback Denzel Dumfries remains a target for Everton.
The Liverpool Echo says Everton football chief Marcel Brands is eager to bring the Holland international to Goodison Park this summer.
Dumfries would arrive to compete with captain Seamus Coleman, who penned a new one-year contract this week.
The PSV defender, who has a contract until 2023, can be signed for around £15m.
Before the summer's Euros, Dumfries played 41 games last season with PSV.
