Crystal Palace and Newcastle United are emerging as serious contenders to sign Angers midfielder Angelo Fulgini.
According to the Daily Mail, both clubs have been monitoring the 24-year-old for some time.
Palace also have a French connection in the form of new boss Patrick Vieira.
The midfielder netted ten goals for Angers last term in Ligue 1, with Monaco, Southampton and Everton also on his radar.
Angers are willing to sell him for a fee in the region of £12 million, which makes Fulgini very appealing to Premier League clubs.
