Angers midfielder Angelo Fulgini is attracting Premier League interest.
The Daily Mail says Crystal Palace and Newcastle United are battling to sign Fulgini.
Although Monaco have also been linked with the 24-year-old, both Premier League are interested.
Fulgini is a good technician and is known from his long-range shooting, helping him score seven goals in the French top flight.
He can play in midfield and also at fullback.
