Everton defender Ben Godfrey insists they should target Europe this season.
Godfrey believes that European football should once again be the aim for the Blues as the aim to improve on their output over the course of next term.
"Anything is possible in football, we all know that. We're working hard at the minute to improve on last season," the 23-year-old told evertonfc.com.
"We started off really well and unfortunately missed out on European football. I've said it so many times in interviews that Everton's a massive club and I think European football has got to be on our mind.
"That's what we'll aim for. It was a shame obviously last season finished the way it did in tenth place and we're all disappointed on that.
"But we're all competitive and that's why we're all working hard now to improve on last season, and hopefully give our fans and the club what they deserve."
