Manchester City are set to earn around £10 million from Jadon Sancho's move to neighbours Manchester United.
Sancho is set to leave Borussia Dortmund after the German club accepted an offer of £73m from United.
The 21-year-old will complete the move after England concludes their Euro 2020 campaign, subject to a medical.
City negotiated a 15 per cent share of any future transfer when they sold Sancho to Dortmund for £8m back in 2017.
The news will be welcomed by City as they look to sell a number of fringe players to fund bigger deals.
