Sassuolo midfielder Manuel Locatelli has rejected an approach from Arsenal.
The Gunners have made two offers for the Euro 2020 title winner over the past week.
But Gazzetta dello Sport says Locatelli is resisting Arsenal's interest as he wishes to leave Sassuolo only for Juventus.
Locatelli, 23, has given the green light to Sassuolo to enter into negotiations with Juventus, while he has flatly rejected an offer from Arsenal.
The youngster shone this summer as he helped Italy finish European champions.
