Anderlecht midfielder Albert Sambi Lokonga is ready to sign for Arsenal - and has already selected his shirt number.
Nuno Tavares has already had his transfer from Benfica confirmed, joining the Gunners in a deal worth £6.85m.
Lokonga will usurp that fee and become Arsenal's biggest of the summer so far, after agreeing a deal in the region of £18m for the Anderlecht midfielder.
Het Nieuwsblad says Lokonga's transfer to Arsenal is now 'very close' and the player has spent the last few days in quarantine ahead of the deal being formally confirmed.
The 21-year-old will reportedly take the number 48 shirt at Arsenal, which is in reference to his hometown of Verviers.
They add that Lokonga will sign a five-year deal at the Emirates and after completing quarantine will join his new teammates.
