Palmeiras fullback Matias Vina is on his way to Roma.
Roma sporting director Tiago Pinto has confirmed the deal in discussion with fans.
“He is coming," the Roma director said, according to Calciomercato.com, referring to Vinas.
The Uruguay international is set to move to Roma on a permanent €13.5m deal, bonuses included.
Roma are also in talks with Arsenal to sign Granit Xhaka, of Arsenal, and when Tiago was asked for updates, he replied: “We'll see, we can only sign one player at a time."
