According to the Daily Mail, City's opening offer for Grealish will stand at roughly £75 million plus add-ons.
That is short of the £100 million Villa are demanding, as they are very reluctant to sell their captain and prized asset.
City badly want to sign Grealish, while he is eager to play with his favorite player Kevin De Bruyne.
