Rennes management have agreed to sell Eduardo Camavinga this summer.
The teenage France international has less than a year to run on his current deal and Rennes have settled on selling.
Camavinga's agents did hold talks with Rennes over a new deal, but with nothing agreed, the midfielder is being made available.
Rennes will set a starting price of €40m, with Manchester United and PSG keen.
United are in contact with Rennes this week about a deal for Camavinga.
