West Brom centre-back Kyle Bartley is attracting Premier League interest.
The Telegraph says Newcastle and Crystal Palace are considering a £3m move for 30-year-old centre-back Bartley.
Bartley, who has one year left on his deal with Championship side West Brom, has Premier League experience and both clubs are keen to strengthen their options in the centre of defence.
Palace and Newcastle are both in the market for a new centre-half this summer.
