Manchester United great Roy Keane believes Harry Kane's advisors have cocked up over his contract at Tottenham.

Keane argued the Tottenham striker has made an error if he claims to have a gentleman's agreement to leave the club this summer.

"Unless this gentleman's agreement is written in a contract, forget about it," said Keane. "It's ridiculous.

"At Spurs, the chairman there will dig his heels in and ask for as much money as he can. With all the advisers (around Kane), why didn't he have a clause in his contract for a situation like this? It's bizarre."
