However, Foot Mercato says Burnley will close an agreement for €16m to sign Cornet. OL have accepted Burnley's offer.
The 24 year-old Ivory Coast international could sign as soon as today.
Cornet has long been keen on testing himself in England, despite rival interest from the Bundesliga.
