Burnley boss Sean Dyche admits last season's shock win at Liverpool may not be repeated.
The Clarets are at Anfield on Saturday.
"It is very tough going to these places and winning games," he said.
"Last season they [Liverpool] had some injuries, lost Van Dijk who is a Rolls-Royce player, and we maybe caught the at a slower period and earned the right to win a game.
"There is no guarantee of doing that again!"
Burnley ended the Reds' 68-game unbeaten home record in the Premier League last season, courtesy of Ashley Barnes' late penalty.
Explaining how you can give yourself the best chance of winning away to Liverpool, Dyche said: "You have to work hard.
"When you have the ball you have to optimise and maximise the chances."
