Southampton and Blackburn Rovers have agreed a fee for Adam Armstrong.
Sky Sports says Southampton have agreed a fee with Blackburn for striker Armstrong.
The 24-year-old has given permission to speak to Ralph Hassenhutl's side.
Rovers have long accepted they face losing Armstrong this summer.
